A coffee as a token of appreciation and motivation to keep writing for The Dataminer’s Diary would be awesome!

A former Master of Philosophy (MPhil) Research Candidate, I am currently a PhD research candidate at Searle Laboratory, the University of Adelaide. My research interest revolves around using bioinformatics to answer questions on plant epigenetics, particularly small RNAs and RNA modifications, as beautifully summarised in this #emojifyingresearch snippet by my talented friend, Daisy Shu.
Apart pondering on interesting research questions and smashing codes on my keyboard, a good cuppa pleases me and I am always keen on exploring the world. If you can’t find me anywhere, I might be probably just digging my way through a stack of data that just came out fresh from the sequencing machine, hence the name Dataminer.
